Well, I'm not feeling very creative today so I'm going to go with food for a morale booster for staff. We are in troubling times with the economy and our county will be implementing more layoffs. This makes for a very uncertain time for staff and any and all ideas to help build their morale in times like these would be greatly appreciated. I'm grateful for the staff I have and will need to make sure they know this!
